South Village :) I’ll admit by looks the North Village is neater and far more structured looking but the walls are paper thin and you can hear everything whereas South Village has open brick, thick walled appartments which suit me fine :)

And they did renovations over the summer so now there’s nice furniture in and new appliances and it’s all up to date and yeah :) the only issue I’ve had was getting my internet set up and of course that was the first thing I tried to do when I got here <.<

Oh lordy it is. Especially if you move in with friends like I did, because someone decided he wanted to move into the North Village and neither me nor the other could afford it and to be honest it’s an extra $20 or so a week for the prettier village and it’s not worth it (just sayin).

SO we had a word, and he changed his preference and we had to all put our say in and blah blah blah far to hard just to live there. AND we’re not allowed candles. Or incense. Or aircon units because it all drains power. I settled for a large fan right beside my bed ahha.

But seriously if you can afford it I’d recommend it :) it’ a good social experience as well. For instance doing orientation I felt so included by the massive amount of apathy given off by indoorsy socially inept folk like myself. Like minded people are EVERYWHERE, especially at uni :D

i met so many tumblr sort of people at uni i was like omg yes!

and heaps of people on here are going to uwa this year, sooo i’m going to try and organise meets for coffee and stuff :)

Shit man never even considered there’d be Murdoch Village people on here. OH GOD AND THEY ALL KNOW I’M COWERING IN FEAR FROM MY LONLINESS D: but yeah I actually met some coolio peeps today and funnily enough we were all in the same group for the Amazing Race and we’re all doing the Media side of stuff so I’ll know a good few people in the classes yay haha
